My main tasks were: 1. Preparing the restaurant for service hours, including for the most part cleaning up the dinning room and refilling the cutlery baskets, paper towel boxes and starter plates. 2. The service itself, which consists of taking orders, offering recommendations, and providing translations into English when necessary, as well as delivering the products to the table. 3. Certain logistics tasks, such as stock replenishment, and fiscal tasks, such as daily closing.
