About the role:

As the Junior accountant you will support the Accounting and Tax team on a day-to-day basis, with a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF provides accounting services

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Review / preparation of all primary accounting documents according to local compliance regulations;
Accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients (depreciation, prepayments, re-evaluations);
Responsible for the accurate preparation of balance sheet and income statements and various other accounting statements;
Reviews and checks the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, sales and purchase ledgers etc.
Prepares on a monthly basis supporting analyses of all balance sheet accounts, by indicated deadlines;
Prepares the monthly tax returns, by indicated deadlines;
Identifies particular risks related to the client transactions. Such risks refer to, but are not limited to: primary accounting documents, tax and legal aspects.
