Main responsibilities

– Lead and coordinate the accounting team, involving activities such as planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. Support the team and provide necessary guidance for professional development.
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, participating in regular meetings and setting up processes for new clients.
– Participate in meetings with new clients to set up processes, manage the client proposal process, offer additional services to existing clients, and maintain ongoing correspondence with allocated clients.
– Conduct detailed risk assessments for allocated clients and hold periodic discussions to gauge satisfaction levels.
– Ensure periodic reviews to confirm all fiscal obligations are met and communicate legislative changes to clients.
– Identify processes that can be automated and collaborate with the Development team to implement solutions. Promote and ensure the use of developed tools within the team to enhance productivity and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
– Independently manage projects and efficiently plan and delegate activities within the team.

Requirements: Strategic | Personally credible | Decisive thinker | Driven to deliver

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CECCAR, CIMA, CAFR, ACCA) is mandatory.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1-2 years in an accounting managerial role, demonstrating proven experience in client management and project coordination.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, combined with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to team members and clients.
– Previous experience with clients from the hospitality industry (mainly hotel chains) is considered a plus.
– Advanced English skills.
