Led a team of 4 members in my role of department coordinator, accountable for the entire department tasks.
Responsible for financial reporting activities, support in the development of automation systems in finance and accounting (implementation of 365 Business Central 2024, Bankfeed), and regulatory & compliance tasks.
Also involved in the audit process, National Bank (BNR) and Statistics reports and coordinating internal policies and accounting procedures.
Support audits (3 audits /per year, for 3 compnaies) and reporting to authorities.
Participated to several VAT rambursement control with succes last year.
